Thank you for your interest in attending DxPx U.S. Media credentials are available for qualified members of the media, including print, television, and online writers, reporters, editorial staff, bloggers, publishers, film crews, and photographers.
To apply, you must complete a media registration application and submit one piece of documentation (examples provided below). All media registration applications and credential requests are subject to approval by DxPx U.S. Conference Management.
Media qualification requirements and examples of accepted forms of documentation are as follows:
PRINT & DIGITAL MEDIA (MAGAZINE, ONLINE PUBLICATION, OR NEWSPAPER)
Accepted Documentation:
- Masthead from a current issue of a healthcare publication listing you as an editorial contributor
- Article published within the past six months with your byline
- Letter from the editor/producer on publication letterhead or from a company email address that states you are covering DxPx and/or the ADLM Clinical Lab Expo on assignment
BROADCAST MEDIA (TELEVISION, RADIO/PODCAST, PHOTOGRAPHERS, FILM CREWS)
Accepted Documentation:
- On-air segment, video, or podcast published within the past six months with your byline
- Letter from the editor/producer on station/network letterhead or from a company email address that states you are covering DxPx and/or the ADLM Clinical Lab Expo on assignment
- Film production crews and photographers must demonstrate that they are covering DxPx and/or the ADLM Clinical Lab Expo on assignment
FREELANCE MEDIA
Accepted Documentation:
- Article published within the past six months with your byline
- Letter from the editor/producer on publication letterhead or from a company email address that states you are covering DxPx and/or the ADLM Clinical Lab Expo on assignment
The following do not qualify for media credentials:
- Non-editorial media such as sales, marketing and advertising staff or executives (including company presidents and general managers)
- Public relations professionals (agency- or company-based)
- Industry consultants
- Production/film crews/photographers hired to film an exhibitor at DxPx U.S. (must register through exhibitor)
- Copywriters for company newsletters, blogs, or websites
- Friends and family of journalists
DxPx U.S. Conference Management reserves the right to deny an applicant a media registration and update this policy without public notice.
