Megan is the Vice President of Commercial at DeciBio, a firm specializing in precision medicine professional services, including strategy and management consulting, venture, and market intelligence. Before joining DeciBio, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer at Velsera, a bioinformatics platform focused on drug discovery and next-generation sequencing diagnostics. Megan has also led partnerships and alliance management at Pierian, collaborating with industry leaders such as Illumina, IDT, Pillar Biosciences, and Quest Diagnostics. Early in her career, she spent seven years focused on the commercialization of pathology and clinical diagnostics services. Megan brings to the table a lens on physician office laboratories, traditional pathology and clinical diagnostics services, reimbursement, and next-generation sequencing used in lab developed tests.
