Jana Grieb focuses her practice on health care matters. Prior to joining McDermott, Jana worked for an international law firm and a Munich-based law firm focusing on pharmaceutical law. Jana has advised numerous pharmaceutical and medical devices companies in a variety of transactions and contractual matters, and has represented them in litigation with regard to public procurement law, unfair competition and product liability. Jana speaks regularly at pharma and health care conferences and is the author of numerous publications on German and international life sciences topics.
