Loop Diagnostics (LoopDx) is a IVD company developing rapid immune-response diagnostics to support earlier and better decisions in suspected sepsis and bloodstream infection.

Our lead product, SeptiLoop, is a CE IVDR Class C near-patient test that measures the functional response of the patient’s innate immune system. SeptiLoop helps clinicians identify early immune dysfunction linked to severe bacterial bloodstream infection, well before traditional blood culture results are available. This allows faster triage, targeted antibiotics, and better use of critical care resources.

SeptiLoop is designed for emergency and critical care settings and is positioned as one of the first new-generation IVD tests in Europe cleared under the IVDR Class C framework. It brings functional immunology to the bedside in a format that is simple, fast, and actionable.

LoopDx is now preparing commercial rollout in the United Kingdom and the European Union, together with health economic validation and clinical utility studies in high-risk patients.
