Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” ) apply to all contracts between SLS Partnering GmbH (“SLS”) and attendees, participants, or users ( “Participants” ) of events organized by SLS under the DxPx brand , including but not limited to: DxPx Conference (all editions) DxPx Founder Academy DxPx Capital events (including receptions and investor gatherings) Any other DxPx-branded physical, hybrid or virtual events (each an “Event” ) The use of the DxPx Nexus virtual partnering platform (the “Platform” ).

These Terms apply to any ordering document, including any registration form or platform registration that references these Terms and shall form a separate contract with respect to the matters agreed under such ordering document (the “Agreement” ).

These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms unless SLS explicitly consents to such other terms in writing.
